With four kilometres of coastline within what can be decribed as the urbanised zone of Blanes, the beaches come well developed for tourists, espceically the 'Playa de Blanes y Sabanell'. If you decide to venture to the outskirts of Blandes you'll find two semi-urbanised beaches (Playa de San Francesc and Playa Santa Ana) where you'll be able to enjoy a more isolated experience.

The two main beaches in Blanes are Playa Blanes and Playa Sabanell, and during the summer season these beaches can become packed with holidaymakers, which whilst at times can lead to difficulties in finding a spot to sunbathe, gives a good indication of how attractive a proposition these beaches are.

Characterised by golden sand and rocks, there are also lovely little coves , such as 'Cala de Sant Francesc' that occupy this stretch of coastline.
